Deposit Payments: For customers selecting the $75 deposit option, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file up to 48 hours before the scheduled booking. If the charge fails, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and keep the deposit. When possible, we will provide a courtesy notice by email or SMS and allow extra time to complete the payment.

Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before their original reservation date and time, and receive a full refund to their original method of payment, including deposit value if relevant. Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Email support@beatthebomb.com to request a cancellation and refund.

Reschedule Policy: Up to 4 hours before their original reservation date and time, guests may reschedule their reservation. They may do so either to a later time on the date of their original reservation (if available) or to any future date. Reschedules are subject to availability. Sign up or log in to your customer account to reschedule your booking directly, or email support@beatthebomb.com with your request. Emails must be sent 4 hours before your original reservation date and time.

Adding Guests or Products: Adding guests to your booking or products to your visit is subject to availability, and can be done up to 1 hour before your original reservation date and time. To add guests to your booking, you can do so directly by signing into your account portal or by emailing support@beatthebomb.com with your request. Any requests to add guests or products within 1 hour of your original reservation date and time must be made in person at a Beat The Bomb location and are subject to availability.

Removing Guests or Products: Removing guests or products from your booking can only be done up to 48 hours before your booking start time. Within 48 hours of your booking start time and date, no guests or players can be removed from your booking. Please sign up or log in to your customer account to manage your booking directly or email support@beatthebomb.com with your request. Emails must be received prior to 48 hours from your original reservation date and time.

Late Policy: All guests must check in at the Beat The Bomb front desk 15 minutes before their reservation time by confirming their presence with a staff member. A 5-minute grace period is provided after the scheduled reservation time. After this grace period, any players who have not checked in will be considered late, and no refunds will be provided, including any deposits. Guests who miss their reservation can request a credit for future use by contacting support@beatthebomb.com. If some (but not all) players check in on time, those present may choose to play without the late (or no-show) players.

No-Show Policy: If your entire group or any part of your group does not arrive for your reservation, those tickets will be forfeited with no refunds provided, including any deposits. Guests who miss their reservation can request a credit for future use by contacting support@beatthebomb.com. There will be no partial refunds given in the case that only part of your group does not arrive. No exceptions.
